This is very healthy food. It is made with spinach and egg. Spinach Egg curry is a delicious meal. This Indian curry is made with boiled egg and spinach. This curry is full of nutrition, iron, and protein. It is healthy.

Ingredients

  1. Palak/Spinach

  2. Egg -4

  3. Chili Powder - 1 tsp

  4. Onion - 2 nos(chopped)

  5. Tomato - 2 nos(chopped)

  6. Garlic - 1 tsp(chopped)

  7. Ginger - 1 tsp(grated)

  8. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp

  9. Kashmiri Chili Powder - 1 tsp

  10. Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp

  11. Coriander Powder - 1 tsp

  12. Green Chili - 3 nos

  13. Cinnamon

  14. Cloves

  15. Cardamom

  16. Peppercorn

  17. Bay Leaf

  18. Salt

  19. Oil

  20. Water

Preparation

Step 1:

Blanch spinach:

Blanch the spinach leaves and let them cool and Blend the cooled spinach leaves to get a fine puree and keep it aside.

Step 2:

Roasting egg:

Boil eggs and cut them into halves. Put the pan on flame Heat some oil in a pan and add chili powder and salt. Add the cut egg pieces to the pan and roast them and keep them aside

Step 3:

Making egg curry

In the same pan, add oil and roast the whole spices. Add onions, garlic, ginger, green chilies and saute them. And then add tomatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Saute them well till the tomatoes are cooked completely. Add the spinach puree and let it boil. Once boiled, add the roasted egg pieces and once again cook them. Spinach Egg Curry is ready. Now Serve it hot with roti or rice.
